Our Team

Jeremy’s vision is to re-invent the way that we learn in the 21st Century.

In 2009, Jeremy spent 5 LONG months searching for a mentor.  That search paid off and over the next 18 months, that mentorship helped him reconnect to his vision and unleash more potential in his business.  Around the same time, he was using eHarmony to find romance and found that process much more straight forward.  Jeremy created MENTORnetwork to build a culture of mentorship that makes the process of finding and engaging with mentors as understandable as the world of dating.

On May 14th, 2012, MENTORnetwork Founder Jeremy O’Krafka produced the World’s Largest Business Mentoring Event at the Ontario Centres of Excellence Discovery12 Conference.  328 mentors and protégés completed 24 x 3-minute speed mentoring sessions, setting a new Guinness World Record in the process.

MENTORnetwork is committed to building a culture of mentorship – unlocking the wisdom of individuals experience. MENTORnetwork currently works with business associations, universities, colleges, innovation and entrepreneurship centres to support their mentorship programs through facilitation and resources that help their participants get MENTORready.

MENTORnetwork has been recognized as an emerging innovator by the Futurpreneur Spinmaster Innovation Fund, Youth Social Innovation Capital Fund and York Region communityBUILD Porgram. In addition to his business, Jeremy is the Mentor-in-Residence for Seneca HELIX, Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Faculty Advisor for Enactus Seneca.
